What this address is for
- Corrections. If something here is out of date or simply wrong, tell us what and, if you can, where you saw better information. These get handled first.
- Suggestions. A hotel that belongs in one of the four categories and is not yet listed. Tell us what makes it structurally interesting rather than just nice.
- Rights and attribution. Questions about photography or text used on the site.
- General editorial questions. How something was written, or why a property was included.
What it is not for
Clear Horizons does not take reservations, hold bookings, process payments, arrange transfers or handle cancellations, and it has no access to any hotel's system. Anything of that kind has to go directly to the property, which is always the fastest route anyway.
We also do not accept paid placement, guest posts, link exchanges or sponsored wording. Messages offering them are deleted without reply.
Response times
This is a small operation, so replies are not instant. Corrections are usually acted on before they are answered, which sometimes means you will see the change on the site before you see the email.
