Terms of use
An editorial index, not a booking agent. Short terms, written to be read.
What this site is
Clear Horizons publishes editorial descriptions of hotels. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, reservation service or booking agent, and it acts for no hotel described on these pages. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a contract of any kind.
Accuracy
Entries are written carefully and reviewed periodically, but hotels change — they refurbish, close for a season, change owners, or drop a facility without announcing it. Seasonal properties in particular may not operate in a given year. Content on this site may be edited, corrected or removed at any time without notice, and no entry should be treated as a current statement of fact about a property. Confirm anything that a trip depends on with the hotel directly.
External links
Where we link to a hotel, an operator or another publication, that destination is outside our control. We are not responsible for its content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the point being made.
No warranty, no liability
This site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Horizons accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on its content or from any decision made on the basis of it. Your use of the site is at your own discretion.
Content and trade marks
Text and design on these pages belong to Clear Horizons. Short quotation with attribution and a link is fine; wholesale copying is not. Hotel names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only, which does not imply any association with or approval by them.
Casino hotels
The casino hotels section describes hotels that hold a licensed gaming floor among their facilities. This site publishes no gaming content, offers no gambling services, and does not encourage gambling. Where gaming is regulated, local rules and age restrictions apply and are a matter for the operator and its regulator.
