What we can and cannot help with
We can help with
- Corrections to anything on the site — a closure, a distance, a changed booking system
- Routes or regions you think we have missed
- Questions about how a guide was researched or when it was last reviewed
- Requests about your personal information under our privacy policy
We cannot help with
- Bookings. We are not an agency and take no reservations of any kind
- Current road or park conditions. Contact the relevant state road authority or park service — they hold the live information and we do not
- Emergencies. In an emergency, call 000

Reporting an error
Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and the easiest to act on when they are specific. The details that help are the page address, the thing we said, and what you found instead — a closed campground, a changed ferry arrangement, a distance that did not match your odometer, a booking system that has been replaced.
We verify corrections against the relevant authority before changing a page, which usually takes a day or two. When a page is amended, its review date is updated, so you can tell at a glance how current it is. Our editorial policy describes the full process, including how often each type of page is reviewed even when nobody has reported a problem.
Privacy requests
If you want to know what personal information we hold about you, or want it deleted, write to the address above with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Our privacy policy explains what is collected, which in practice is very little, and sets out your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles.
